In her previous roles, Maddie worked as a laser hair removal specialist in Royal Oak and as a surgical RN at William Beaumont Hospital. In this role, she has worked closely with patients, providing detailed assessments and establishing trusting relationships.

Madison is a graduate of Valparaiso University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University (MSU) and was part of the official MSU dance team for four years.

Dr. Mahdi Bazzi is a dedicated urologist with the Michigan Institute of Urology, specializing in male sexual medicine and wellness. He understands that men’s health is about more than just a single symptom—it’s about caring for the entire person.

Dr. Bazzi’s approach is unique because he sees the interconnectedness of a man’s overall well-being. He recognizes that issues like hormone imbalance, weight management, and erectile dysfunction (ED) or other sexual problems often go hand-in-hand. By treating the root causes and looking at the whole picture, he helps men achieve their personal health and performance goals. Dr. Bazzi is certified in the UroFill® technique. He also consults with REDEEM patients on male hormone optimization and advanced longevity therapy.

Dr. Bazzi earned his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at the Vattikuti Urology Institute, Henry Ford Health System, followed by a fellowship in male reproductive medicine and surgery at Baylor College of Medicine.

A highly skilled nurse practitioner with a special interest in sexual wellness and aesthetics, Courtney is the perfect fit for her role as director at REDEEM. Former owner at MOXXI in Clawson, Courtney’s resume includes master training in neurotoxin injections, platelet-rich plasma injections, dermal fillers, hair restoration, collagen stimulation, and both vaginal and penile rejuvenation.

Passionate about providing expert care, Courtney ensures that her clients look and feel their best. As REDEEM’s director and injector, Courtney oversees patient treatment plans and all staff, performs each of the services provided, all while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Courtney is a graduate of Oakland University in Rochester where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing as well as a Bachelor of Integrative Studies. She also played division 1 soccer for the Golden Grizzlies all four years.
